Dubai never ceases to encourage efforts aimed at enhancing its progress and maintaining its status as a leading city globally. In this context, all entities collaborate to elevate the competencies of their members through various training programs.
Dubai Municipality is among the most prominent government entities involved in providing the latest for its employees. In recent months, it has organized a number of specialized training courses in various fields that can contribute to “professional development and self-improvement.”
This is through the distinguished effort made by Ryan Al Hammadi, Director of Talent Development at Dubai Municipality, in collaboration with Base Consultancy for training and consulting, led by Habib Al Sabah.
Recently, a comprehensive team of experts with diverse and distinguished experiences at Base Consultancy, including the training expert Ghada Omeira, who has 26 years of extensive experience in customer service and training on the arts and methods of dealing with service seekers of different patterns and behaviors, took action.
It’s worth mentioning that these courses included four escalating levels, starting with the “Development of Customer Happiness Stars” course, followed by “Culture of Change,” then “Expert Culture of Customer Happiness,” and concluding with the specialized training course in the field of “Elite Customer Service Culture.”
Throughout the training program, the trainers showed great interest in enhancing the culture of customer service and embracing the principle of continuous change to keep pace with the rapid and ongoing global technological development.
Moreover, the “Extra Stars Program for Government Institutions” was directed with the development of effective communication skills to qualify leaders and specialized competencies for customer service.
These specialized training courses lasted for six months, during which 524 trainees from all departments of Dubai Municipality were trained.
